We are seeking a creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Proposal Specialist. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day marketing and business development responsibilities including proposals, pursuits, and visibility efforts across North America.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Respond to EOI's, RFQ's and RFP's, award submittals, roster applications, etc. and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from kick-off to completion
  • Assist with preparation, coordination, and development of non-technical writing for proposal efforts
  • Create and update marketing materials (resumes, project descriptions, brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, articles, etc.) together with proofing and editing proposals, marketing materials, etc.
  • Maintain CRM database and direct tracking of pursuits
  • Assists in organizing COWI presence at events along with implimenting marketing support activities including marketing plans
  • Performs other responsibilities as required

On top of that, you will:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or another related field preferred combined with a minimum of 5 years of related experience (A/E/C Industry preferred)
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (CC2020), Database Management, and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Have excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail along with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Be flexible to work with a variety of personalities
  • Be flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities

Base compensation: $67,000 to $91,000 for New York location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location.
