Flatiron Health, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in its New York, New York location.Duties: Serve as a full-stack engineer. Help build software systems that support clinical research workflows. Use technology to reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a technology and science community, while valuing integrity, inspiring growth, and uniquely positioning Flatiron to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. Build systems that scale, excellent UI, and robust data pipelines. Build software that empowers clinical research teams to identify patients who are eligible for clinical trials. Write simple, elegant, well-structured, well-tested code that drives new features and improvements across all out products and services. Contribute to building creative solutions to tough business challenges. Promote technical best practices. Work day-to-day with oncologists, product leaders, and data experts. Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, and by provide and receive mentorship within the engineering organization. Telecommuting permitted.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Systems, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in related occupations. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Systems, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in related occupations. Position requires the following: Required experience must include any amount of experience in all of the following: 1) Developing robust and scalable solutions; 2) Python, C++, Java, and C#. The Salary Range for this position in New York, New York is from $145,000 to $194,400 per year. The annual pay range for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed above.
