A leading Private Energy firm is currently seeking an Investment Associate to join its NYC team. This role will have direct interaction with senior management and play a pivotal part in forming key financial strategies.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support executive management in analyzing M& A opportunities.

• Preparing thorough presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior management

• Collaborating effectively with both internal partners and external advisors

• Assisting in market analysis and business development strategies

• Conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions

• Handling ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in investment banking/management

• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
