Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Database Developer to join one of our largest financial service clients and sit remotely in India. This candidate will be joining the Technology Services Group to help enhance their Data Collector Framework. They must have excellent experience with both Mongo and Oracle and will be doing data analytics from a real time monitoring perspective. 50-70% of the job will require them to do new enhancements, develop the new stored procedure, create data models, build batches, and process data pipelines. The project that they will be working on involves the enhancements of a tool called resource lifecycle monitor which is used for disaster recovery testing. This tool is used to coordinate the recovery effort and will capture automation, workbooks, and playbooks.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of database development experience

• Excellent experience working with both Oracle (PL SQL, stored procedures) and MongoDB

• Strong design and decision-making experience

• Ability to performance tune complex queries

• Python - initial extension to use -mongoDB for NOSQL interfaces- batching and script - to pull data from MongoDB

• Batching, data storage, data capture - Previous working experience within financial services null
