Instructor/Assistant Professor of Medical Sciences (in Medicine) at CUMC
The Division of Nephrology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a candidates at the Instructor/Assistant Professor level to participate in the educational, research and other academic service programs of the Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology.
- Responsibilities will include developing a program focused on implementation of genomic medicine in nephrology, contributing to the development and writing of collaborative grant applications through the Center for Precision Medicine and Genomics (CPMG) and the Division of Nephrology as well as engaging in education of the Columbia community in clinical genetics through lectures and organization of courses and symposia. Scholarship, by the progressive development of an independent research program, and applications for independent awards, is required
Candidates must have PhD or MD/PhD degree.
