Insight Global is looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Lead to join a top financial client. The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure operations . This individual will evaluate and integrate infrastructure solutions into the overall organization, as determined by business, regulatory and market demands. This individual will also ensure that these technologies and services align with business strategic principles and policy guidelines. S/he will drive process changes across the organization and will develop the appropriate key performance measures. S/he will work closely with key partners to optimize service delivery. Span of control includes the following areas:

Please note , this role will be hands on technical role + line management of small team. Will be required to be onsite in the NYC office 3 Days a week . This role will play a critical role in transferring the tech to Group manged offering to UK over the next 3 years and the role will change to less hands role locally and play a pivotal management role and supporting the managed service offering.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of hands on Infrastructure technology experience

 Broad knowledge across various Microsoft Services including Active Directory, MS Server, MS Exchange, VmWare

 Experience within business continuity/Disaster recovery

 Experience with Cisco networking and Checkpoint Firewalls

 Experience working within a Data Center

 Experience coming from an environment wearing many hats Cisco Telephony

 Veritas Netbackup Enterprise null
