Description

Our client, a highly innovative and rapidly growing Technology company, is currently seeking a Head of Tax to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Design and implement short and long-term tax strategies to support company expansion

• Manage the global tax calendar and oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and international tax compliance obligations

• Identify tax compliance and reporting requirements in new domestic and international markets and manage timely tax registrations

• Supervise external tax advisors to ensure efficient handling of key tax projects and initiatives, including tax planning, compliance engagements, M& A tax due diligence projects, and tax audit consultancy

• Interact regularly with sales and pricing teams to comprehend and address all relevant tax considerations related to potential new customer contracts

• Prepare the consolidated income tax provision for the US foreign operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or related field

• 10+ years of experience

• CPA preferred

• International tax experience highly desired
