Required Skills:

Head of Business Messaging, Global Business Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Pioneer extensive and managerial decision directly impacting Meta’s US business and deepening global relationships throughout business departments.

  2. Be the primary marketing contact and build marketing plans for top global partners.

  3. Define marketing strategies and drive partner success from recruitment through onboarding and growth.

  4. Build self-serve partner lead flow processes.

  5. Develop high touch co-marketing programs.

  6. Manage a team of partner marketing managers and cross functional team members.

  7. Develop co-branded campaigns, conduct insights research, and support business messaging partners.

  8. Create and deliver partner facing assets such as best practice guides, co-marketing guidelines, turn-key campaign kits, etc.

  9. Ensure brand and campaign messaging is translated across different dimensions, including naming, design, creative, media, and experiential.

  10. Ensure that all marketing materials and elements assets are aligned to and optimally communicate the brand voice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Global Communications, Finance or related field and 4 years of work experience in job offered or in a business or marketing-related occupation. OR Employer will accept 6 years of work experience in job offered or in a business or marketing-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires 4 years of experience in the following:

  2. SaaS, AWS Managed Services, CloudTask, Encompass or other similar sales software

  3. Measurement techniques and best practices including reporting, dashboards and presenting campaign and program results

  4. Designing and delivering global partner growth or enablement plans

  5. Collaborating with and developing cross-functional internal teams

  6. Managing business brands and B2B campaigns

  7. Composing creative and design briefs

  8. Working across product marketing, communications, and creative teams.

Public Compensation:

$271,476/year to $291,060/year + bonus + equity + benefits
