About the Role:

As a CBRE Global Food Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing a global center of excellence and compliance to ensure that CBRE delivers world class service on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for the delivery of consistent processes and training and the creation and standardization of food programs and reporting.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of our client’s global real estate portfolio.

This is an onsite position in New York, NY or Palo Alto, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain a trusted client relationship. Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.

  • Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and standard operating procedures for the global food program.

  • Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables for the global food program.

  • Collaborate to develop routine food reports, monthly and quarterly business reviews.

  • Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to ensure global consistency of approach.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to review food program status.

  • Collaborate with the core food team to develop solutions and manage the program team through implementation and completion.

  • Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent. Suggest process improvement efforts on a regular basis. Assist with developing strategic solutions.

  • Assess training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients. Always follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors.

  • Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

  • Apply knowledge of global food programs and integrate with others to achieve team and departmental objectives and provide innovative solutions.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management, catering management, general business management, etc.

  • Experience managing and developing regional or global food programs. Preferably experience in on-site catering management in technology companies with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data-driven solutions.

  • Extensive program management and organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Experience in the areas of training, development, coaching and mentoring preferred.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace. Examples include Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Global Food Program Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Food Program Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
