New York University Full Time Faculty Position | Clinical Educator in New York, New York

The NYU College of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics seeks candidates for a full-time Clinical Educator position for its advanced education program. The successful candidate will join a large and diverse group of faculty, students, and staff dedicated to achieve excellence in the areas of teaching, scholarly activity, and service. Responsibilities of this three and half day per week position include clinical teaching, mentorship, as well as student and patient evaluations.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $111,986. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

The successful candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree, have completed an accredited post-graduate program in orthodontics, and be eligible for either full licensure New York state. Prior teaching experience as well as a minimum of five years of clinical practice experience and board certification are preferred.
