Description We are on the hunt for a Full-Stack Engineer to become a valued member of our team. The successful candidate will be based in New York, New York, 10001, United States. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, including the navigation of multiple code bases, the architecture and implementation of features, and collaboration with various stakeholders to continuously improve our platform. This opportunity offers an exciting chance to engage in a wide array of activities within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate multiple repositories and tech stacks, becoming a proficient user of all our code bases.

• Architect and implement features from scratch to enhance the car-buying experience.

• Take charge of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring swift and high-quality delivery.

• Collaborate with vehicle buyers, manufacturers, and car dealers to create user-centric solutions.

• Work in harmony with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to consistently enhance our platform.

• Leverage your full-stack development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js.

• Utilize cloud platforms (preferably GCP, but AWS or Azure is acceptable) to support our operations.

• Harness Web APIs and build scalable, high-performance systems.

• Ship code swiftly in a dynamic startup environment.

• Demonstrate a strong product mindset, caring about the "why" behind the code as much as the "how." Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail-oriented experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with React.js and Node.js is a must.

• Sound knowledge of Express.js is required.

• Experience in working with Web API is necessary.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its features is desired.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines.
