Your impact:

Mens Health is seeking a full-time commerce editor to join our team. This role reports to the deputy commerce editor, and is responsible for the production of affiliate-driven coverage in the fitness and nutrition sections onMensHealth.com. This editor will also write affiliate-driven news items, brand profiles, and trend pieces that relate to our audience. In addition to being a creative and ambitious self-starter, the ideal candidate has fitness expertise, preferably with NSCA or NASM fitness certification, and should be open to using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Trends to monitor and report monthly traffic and commerce goals, and identify new growth opportunities for the site.

What you'll do:

Work closely with the SEO and commerce teams to create affiliate-driven shopping content
Mine the latest medical research and scientific studies to update existing commerce content per SEO practices
Monitor data to fulfill affiliate goals for the fitness and nutrition verticals
Write quick, voice-y fitness and nutrition commerce stories throughout the week

Who you are:

3 to 4 years of fitness experience
At least 1 year of experience writing for digital media, preferably in the fitness space
Preferably have an NSCA or NASM fitness certification
Commerce experience a huge plus
Enthusiasm about the fitness and nutrition brands that Mens Health regularly covers
Willingness to analyze data from multiple sources to inform Mens Healths fitness and nutrition commerce strategies

The basesalaryfor this role is between $67, 000 and $71, 750.The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base payrangeis subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.
