Citigroup Financial Solutions Lead Analyst in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Financial Solutions Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the project deliverables are completed following the Global change management processes to ensure specifications are met. Ensure traceability matrices are developed and version control procedures are followed to track evolving changes and appropriately prioritize them per project timelines. Partner with Business Treasury, Legal Entity Treasury, International Treasury as well as Business and Risk Functions to deliver capabilities and solutions for resource and risk management. Work with operations and technology on solutions implementation including development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), architecture considerations and testing. Contribute to and support multiple cross-Treasury and cross-Group projects as Project Manager. Develop and direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures. Identify and communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies and manage to resolution. Identify and communicate inter-project dependencies to stakeholders and other project team members. Perform data analysis and validations using SQL to ensure the changes made are working as expected. Secure approvals from all stakeholders and coordinate the efforts to deploy solutions in production. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop and direct System Integration Testing (SIT) procedures. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 2 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Analyst, or related position involving Risk Management and Treasury within the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified experience. Full span of experience must include: Analysis & Development of Information Systems; Project Management; Business Requirements Analysis; Financial services and products including Credit cards & Unsecured Loans; SQL, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; and Budget planning.
