Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Facilities Flex Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role is in the office five days a week at their Midtown office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, stock office supplies and pantry items
• Distribute lunch, packages and mail daily
• Coordinate desk moves and house a seating chart
• Facilitate office maintenance and repairs with building management
• Source vendors and maintain relationships
• Assist with events and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in administration or facilities positions
• A cooperative team player with great organizational skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $90K base depending on experience + bonus + OT
• 100% company paid medical benefits
