Oversee key aspects of deal execution for Financial Institutions Group (FIG), including directing financial analysis, reviewing pitch materials, leading due diligence efforts, negotiating deal terms, and managing the overall deal process. Advise clients on strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital structure optimization and other corporate finance matters tailored to the financial services industry. Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior managers and executives at key clients in the financial services sector. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bankers, delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within the FIG sector, and leveraging insights to provide value-added advice to clients. Collaborate with colleagues across different product groups and geographies to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Supervise team of analysts and associates, and train them.Requirements:Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance, plus two years of experience in the position offered or in a FIG M&A analyst role for an investment bank.ORBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance, plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or a in a FIG M&A analyst role for an investment bank.*All required experience must have included leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions; applying understanding of market trends, regulatory environment and competitive landscape specific to financial institutions; employing financial analysis, valuation and methodologies; using knowledge of financial products and services including nuances of insurance products, capital market instruments, asset management products, alternative investments and specialty finance; managing and mentoring junior bankers and guiding them through deal processes; building relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners; negotiating deal terms; preparing pitch presentation materials; and leading due diligence, research and analytics, including financial and operational due diligence, market research, company research, sector analysis and risk analysis.FINRA SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 are required. Approximately 10% domestic and international travel required for client and management meetings. #LI-DNI

Minimum Salary: 275,000 Maximum Salary: 300,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
