ManpowerGroup Executive Administrative Assistant-Contract in New York, New York
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Mail Merge, and Google Drive.

Pay $28-35hr
Location NY, NY 10010
Duration 1 month+ ( Nov 4 th , 2024 thru Dec 1 st , 2024)
*Hybrid- M, Tue, Wed in office
*9am-5pm
What's the Job?
Able to prioritize daily and weekly tasks
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to multitask
Has the skills to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Mail Merge and Google Drive
Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, and students to resolve issues and problems while consulting with the supervisor on the issues.
Modify and/or create databases and complex spreadsheets.
Compile student/faculty materials, maintain and update department databases.
What's Needed?
Prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Mail Merge, and Google Drive
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily and weekly tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
