Summary

The Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) role will partner with the Director of DEI in the implementation of the overall strategic initiatives, ensuring programs run efficiently and effectively in alignment with Chobani’s DEI goals. This role reports to the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and will drive various complex projects and initiatives that impact DEI both internally and externally.  The ideal candidate is strategic, self-driven, proactive and is committed to integrating DEI concepts into all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities

•    Manage our Employee Resource Groups – including onboarding new ERGs, mentoring ERG Leads and provide frequent guidance and coaching. •    Lead all design, planning and execution of Chobani Cultural Moments activations throughout the year •    Design, track and advise leadership on DEI initiatives using monthly/quarterly/year-end reports that analyze progress towards our goals •    Leverage data and analytics to provide insights to key stakeholders that result in ideas to advance DEI strategies. •    Lead the implementation of all DEI programs, activations and processes across locations, with specific focus on our manufacturing locations across 4 locations (ID, NY, MI, PA)  •    Responsible for the creation, administration and execution of Chobani Diversity Training modules both virtually and in-person sessions. •    Design and deliver various DEI communication vehicles, including a monthly newsletter, intranet site, and external DEI content •    Responsible for DE&I vendor setup, contract review and payment processing  •    Support diversity recruitment efforts, including selection of key job fairs to enhance diversity across our groups, and create organizational relationships with recruiting partners •    Partners with our internal Impact team to integrate DEI initiatives into Chobani’s community efforts and manages relationships with DEI related community organizations •    Complete a broad variety of project management and administrative tasks supporting the Chobani’s People and DEI Teams  

Requirements

•    5-7 years of demonstrated success in the field of Diversity & Inclusion •    2-3 years of Human Resources or other related field of experience strongly preferred •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) •    Experience implementing D&I initiatives in plant and/or retail environments required •    Strong communication and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail •    Excellent project management skills with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals and hitting deadlines. •    Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create content and deliver effective presentations  •    Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion •    Proven ability to translate goals into operating plans and measurable actions •    Must be adaptable and demonstrate a high level of service and support •    Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment •    Strategic thinker, who actively seeks opportunities for enhancements and proposes solutions •    Ability to travel to various plant/café locations up to 40%.
