Director, Project Finance wanted by Safari Energy, LLC in New York, NY. Identify renewable energy development opportunities within the commercial sector and lead in the valuation, approvals, and financing of company projects. Oversee, mentor and train the Analysts and Associates on the Project Finance team. Act as the Finance lead overseeing the financial analyses and customer presentation process. Interface with the Operations team on all structural and technical aspects of solar projects. Interface with Finance professionals to develop and structure customer-specific financing solutions. Research federal and state photovoltaic (PV) incentive programs for incorporation into analyses. Wage $241,592/year. Requires: Master’s degree in business administration, finance, global energy & management, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years in investment firms involving infrastructure and/or renewable energy. Requires 4 years of experience using Microsoft Excel to build and maintain complex financial models, Microsoft PowerPoint, and virtual data rooms.
