The mission of the Institute for Family Health is to provide high quality, patient-centered primary health care in communities historically neglected due to racism and poverty, regardless of patients’ ability to pay.

We know it is necessary to leverage heath information technology to achieve our mission. We are early adopters — The Institute first implemented Epic over 20 years ago and we have been on the leading edge ever since.

The Practice Management Technology team prides itself on delivering a high-quality experience for our user community. Our Electronic Health Record ranks in the top 90% for overall satisfaction of all health care organizations participating in the KLAS Arch collaborative.

When you join our 30-person team, you will get to know the entire team supporting the electronic health record. Because we are a smaller team, each team member has the opportunity to support a wide range of projects and organizational initiatives. You will have no shortage of professional development opportunities.
