Job Summary
The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, holds duties related to day to day operations of a designated client account. This position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong operational leadership and staff management skills and someone who is a superior relationship builder.
This account entails catering and pantry services (no on-site kitchen) and offers a Monday through Friday schedule. You will manage a small hourly staff. Relationship building and hands on leadership is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages day to day operations of an account
Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
Oversees financials as it pertains to the account
Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience
Previous experience managing financials
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
