Job Summary

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at NYU. This individual will be responsible for managing our digital presence, focusing on social media, our website, and weekly newsletters. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital marketing, advertising and promotional activities

• Analyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

• Develops and implements digital marketing plans and projects for accounts

• Expands and develops marketing platforms

• Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and results

• Delivers marketing activity within agreed budget

• Reports on return on investment and key performance metrics

• Creates marketing presentations

• Monitors industry best practices and trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Marketing preferred

• Minimum of two years digital marketing experience

• Ability to present to large groups

• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions

• Excellent writing skills
