Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in New York, New York, United States. The role primarily revolves around the Information Technology industry, where you will be tasked with setting up workstations, managing accounts, and ensuring the smooth running of computer systems.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and configuring operating systems for optimal performance.

• Installing and managing accounts and devices for users.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware.

• Utilizing Cisco and Dell Technologies to enhance system performance.

• Implementing and managing Citrix technologies to enable virtual workspaces.

• Maintaining and managing Active Directory services.

• Configuring and managing Apple devices within the organization.

• Implementing backup technologies to ensure data safety and integrity.

• Managing and maintaining databases for easy access and retrieval of data.

• Ensuring the proper configuration management of systems to maintain consistency and reliability. Requirements • Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware

• Knowledge of Database systems

• Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Skilled in Configuration Management

• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Ability to maintain a high level of customer service in all situations
