Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute talent decisions. Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs. Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries. Empower data driven decision making across critical talent and business areas. Extract, integrate and transform data to conduct advanced analytics and produce actionable, automated reporting/dashboards. Partner with senior human resources and business leaders to identify critical decisions or topics that require in-depth analysis. Expected to distill insights from your analysis and communicate clearly with business leaders to drive understanding and action. Improve and rearchitect existing processes for scale, simplicity and reliability.Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources strategy and operations. Education, training, or experience must include: Applying statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics) to interpret vast amounts of data; Working with HR/organizational people data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics); Performing headcount forecasting and presenting results to senior leadership to drive personnel decisions; Driving HR technology transformation projects; Supporting and maintaining HR systems and technology, including Applicant Tracking System, Competitive Intelligence System, DocuSign, or similar; Programming in SQL, Python, or R; Performing detailed economic and financial analyses using Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivots, visualization) in support of recruiting and people operations; Drafting proposals, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders and senior management; and Maintaining and securing ongoing sensitive data regarding employees' personal identifiable information, including function, pay, and performance.
