ManpowerGroup Customer Success Manager in New York, New York

Our client, an industry leading Technology Company, is seeking a capable Customer Success Manager to help build a customer support team for a new b2b solution. As a Customer Success Manager on the Device Solutions Team, you will be responsible for providing customer support as well as for building and enhancing customer experience processes and mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, the ability to manage workflows and hundreds of clients and possess a tech company (hardware) background which will align well with this organization.

Location: Hybrid | New York City or Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $40/HR on Experis W2

What’s the Job?

  • In this role, you will be part of the Launch Support of a new B2B device to market in Q3-Q4.

  • Seeking a capable Customer Success Manager to help build a customer support team for a new b2b solution.

  • In this role, you will be responsible providing customer support as well as for building and enhancing customer experience processes and mechanisms.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business, goals, and pain points.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address the customer's needs

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, or customer support experience in Tech Company, preferably B2B

  • Experience in customer service role / ticketing management

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of contributing to strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
