Minimum Qualifications • Six years of business experience, including four years of customer service experience; OR • An associate’s degree and four years of business experience, including two years of customer service experience; OR • A bachelor’s degree and two years of customer service experience; OR• A master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) and one year of customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:• BS in Marketing or BA in Communications, English, Creative Writing• Proficiency in video editing and transcription• Strong writing and oral communication• Experience in Google Analytics• Certification(s) in email marketing, social media marketing, and/or inbound marketingPlease be advised that the New York State Insurance Fund does not offer sponsorship for employment visas to employees or potential employees. Duties Description The Client Relations Department within NYSIF is seeking to fill a position which will support activities to drive brand visibility and engagement and data analysis.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Create compelling marketing and multimedia content for NYSIF’s Policyholder Services (PHS) team, which includes the Underwriting, Premium Audit and Risk Control Departments• Stay abreast of cutting-edge marketing strategies and technologies for implementation in NYSIF’s efforts• Illustrate a commitment to customer service in working with the PHS team and its stakeholders• Organize and manage NYSIF sponsored events• Assist in driving operational and marketing initiatives• Other special projects related to supporting the promotional efforts for NYSIF’s Policyholder Services team, as assigned

For new State employees appointed to graded positions, the annual salary is the hiring rate (beginning of the Salary Range) of the position.
