Job Summary: The Credit Programs Liaison will support the Credit Programs Department by handling customer-facing tasks and providing administrative support for the Leasing and Payboo program. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and improve the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Facing Tasks for Leasing Applicants:

  • Liaise with customers throughout the leasing application process, from initial inquiry to final purchase order.

  • Provide guidance and support to customers on leasing options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

  • Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience throughout the application process and provide clear communication.

  • Submit quotes to lenders for applications, and process purchases orders once funding is approved.

  • Administrative Support for Leasing Programs:

  • Maintain a catalog of eligible items for leasing and update customers on eligible products and promotions

  • Assist in processing applications and orders, maintaining records, and tracking progress.

  • Generate reports on leasing activities, customer inquiries, and application outcomes.

  • Manage documentation and data entry related to leasing agreements and customer interactions.

  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with the marketing team to promote leasing options and update promotional materials.

  • Administrative Support for the Payboo Program:

  • Monitor and assist with customer service escalations by liaising with bank partners and internal teams

  • Run, maintain, and analyze reports and systems to support and monitor program performance, customer service escalations, marketing metrics, etc.

  • Provide backup support during peak times or when the Product Manager is unavailable.

  • Contribute to improving processes and efficiency within the department.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.

  • Knowledge of internal systems such as UNIX and JIRA.

  • Knowledge of B&H’s customer service policies and procedures preferred

  • Experience in credit programs or leasing preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, marketing, administrative support, or a related role.
