What We Need:

Katz Media Group is the nation’s largest Media Representation Company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Services and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Creative Services and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role, collaborating closely with our award-winning design/creative team. You will serve as a content writer and key creative services collaborator across all KMG business divisions. Additionally, you will manage KMG's ever-expanding social media presence on LinkedIn and spearhead best practices for our social media endeavors.

You will also oversee the day-to-day operations and production of Creative Services projects, ensuring the successful execution of over 1,000 branding assignments annually.

What You'll Do:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations and production of Creative Services projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with KMG business divisions to understand their strategic and creative needs to develop effective marketing strategies.

Manage KMG's social media presence on LinkedIn, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and responding to audience engagement.

Implement social media best practices to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Demonstrate proficiency in the HubSpot Marketing and CRM platforms to streamline marketing campaigns and track performance.

Contribute creative ideas and expertise to enhance sales tapes, newsletters, website blogs for Katz Digital Audio, Digital Video, Katz Television Group and Katz Radio Group Branding initiatives.

Plan and coordinate KMG's involvement in trade shows and conferences.

Arrange logistics for KMG business meetings and VIP client dinners.

Collaborate with the Creative Services Team to develop DEI Materials for our Stronger Together DEI Newsletter, Infographics, social media and internal company posts.

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in managing creative services and marketing projects, with heavy emphasis on content creation, copywriting, and social media.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.

Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing and CRM platforms, a plus.

Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$68,000 - $85,000
