Viacom Inc Coordinator, Social Strategy - Comedy Central in New York, New York
Overview and Responsibilities
Support team with social plans for original digital content
Coordinates publishing of social content created by multiple internal teams
Maintains a calendar of production/development/publishing dates for all content posted on Comedy Central social channels
Extends the voice of the brand by participating in national events, holidays and trend
Distributes monthly priorities document at the beginning of each month to various teams who have a stake in social promotions
Provides input on content development and programming
Maintains social best practices document to internal teams
Act as liaison with SRPs and maintain partnerships with platforms and other vendors
1-2 years of work at a media company, agency with a focus on social strategy and planning
Experience with social relationship platforms (SRP) such as Sprinklr
Basic understanding of social platforms, user behavior and best practices
Knowledge of insights tools, including native platform insights, Sysomos, SimplyMeasured, and Nielsen’s SocialGuide
