Description

We are offering a unique opportunity in the Property Management industry, located in NY, NY. The role involves the execution of a range of duties consistent with a Data Entry Clerk. The position is onsite and is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating warm and friendly professional greetings to all those entering the property.

• Managing telephone communications in a friendly professional manner.

• Maintaining accurate records of service requests and their status.

• Promptly responding with accurate and thorough information according to specific requests.

• Arranging and confirming recreational, dining and/or business activities.

• Assisting in marketing the property by coordinating guests', tenants' and/or visitors' needs.

• Maintaining a file of services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts.

• Providing administrative assistance to the Real Estate Manager and other members of the property management team.

• Following security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.

• Responding to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner, summoning appropriate assistance and making appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.

Requirements • Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques

• Experience with answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Ability to handle security and emergency situations

• Competency in drafting and managing correspondence

• Familiarity with property and real estate management

• Proven administrative assistance skills

• Experience with maintaining logs and records

• Ability to handle and resolve complaints professionally

• Willingness to work onsite as required

• Understanding of tenant and property management

• Experience with transportation services is an advantage

• Ability to provide concierge services as needed

• Excellent communication skills and professional manner

• Experience in managing notifications or alerts

• Proficiency in language interpretation is a bonus

• Experience with service request management

• Knowledge of operating procedures

• Ability to handle emergency situations appropriately

• Familiarity with summons and legal documents

• Ability to write routine and short correspondence.
