Overview
The HarperCollins Sales Finance team is seeking a Co-op Manager to join our team to manage the processing of all Co-op marketing invoices ($30M annually). The Sales Finance team provides internal reporting on billing & POS performance as well as the management and tracking of expenses for the Sales Division.
Responsibilities
Manages and oversees the coordination of cooperative claim processes, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and documentation for claim validation.
Conducts thorough analysis of claim data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve overall claim accuracy.
Maintains effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to address any claim-related queries or concerns.
Develops and implements strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cooperative claim process.
Manages non-co-op incentive programs for the Sales Teams.
Works with the Sales Finance Team on analysis projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize asks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or anomalies
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure precise claim submissions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
College degree or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
