Our client, a real estate investment trust, is seeking a Campus Engagement Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and they are in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, "white glove" customer service to all tenants of the company's premier life science assets in New York City
• Ideate, plan, market, and execute best-in-class collaborative campus events and exclusive tenant programming
• Coordinate campus improvements, repairs and maintenance
• Manage space/equipment resources and IT/AV needs; oversee member portal and visitors
• Maintain vendor contracts and support with invoicing
• Assist with new member onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality/amenity management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide great customer service
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $70 - 90K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
