1.Develop client relationship with full IT and produce development services including new and replacement device/system procurement.2.Establish short/medium/long-term relationship.3.Coordinate with client/vendor to provide internal and issue resolutions. 4.Resolve customer complaints and/or concerns regarding sales and services. 5.Gather data on competitors, analyze, forecast and track marketing and sales trend.6.Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.7.Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications.8.Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes.9.Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment.10.Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.11.Assists with research and development of new products.Minimum Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration Minimum Work Experience RequirementTwo (2) years of business development experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools Email CV to resume@syscomgs.com.
