Tradeweb Business Continuity and Incident Manager in New York, New York

Tradeweb is seeking a Business Continuity and Incident Manager to join our growing Risk team! The successful candidate will manage the coordination and communication for service-impacting outages to ensure they have a minimal impact and are resolved as quickly as possible. The BCIM will also be responsible for post mortem activities and help pursue root cause analysis and remediation actions. You will conduct business impact analyses (BIAs), facilitate continuity planning, verify plan effectiveness via exercises, analyze risks, drive mitigation strategies, and perform scenario analysis planning. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days per week in office), based out of our NYC or Jersey City offices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incident communications throughout the incident management lifecycle

  • Coordinate the investigations and drive the incidents to resolution/remediation.

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their evolving resilience needs,

  • Partner with Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit on BCIM requirements.

  • Notify, escalate and communicate to senior management the existence and status of outages, as necessary.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business continuity plans,

  • Coordinate Business continuity and Disaster recovery testing

  • Develop scenario based table-top exercise

  • Track metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate readiness

  • Review, update our policies, processes and standard

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Business Continuity and Incident Management

  • Strong communicate skills

  • Manage competing deadlines and prioritize responsibilities to effectively meet business needs

  • Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and how they interact

  • The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
