Will be responsible for: Provide technical configuration knowledge to support the implementation of systemcomponents/subsystems relating to software for the financial industry. Understand business processes, systemfunctionality, industry requirements applicable for mortgage servicing department. Develop and modifyconfiguration in the software to implement changes/enhancements to the system, providing input to design whenapplicable. Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities. Supportfunctional/regression testing activities in support of system functionality releases, patches and upgrades. Developand execute scripts and automate processes where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of the softwarebuild, integration, release, and deployment processes. Will use Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL, AgileScrum methodology, VISIO, and Sharepoint. Will provide services at various future unanticipated client worksitesthroughout the U.S.Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial and human factors engineering, management information systems, or computer information systems and 2 years of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description. Must be willing to travel and relocate. Telecommuting and working from home permitted.
