You will join the Group Real Estate engineering team and work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes and applications that improve our organization’s efficiency

Job Description

Do you have the know-how to apply technical analysis techniques to improve the designing process of our onboarding services? Are you motivated, a multitasker, able to deliver with tight deadlines, have risk awareness and a client centered attitude?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst for our Group Real Estate engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work globally to align business processes and provide product support for global engineering systems.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Business Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications

  • Analyze complex business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making and recommend data-driven solutions

  • Facilitate business process modeling and document current and future state processes

  • Collaborate with IT, engineering and other departments to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with business objectives

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through planning, execution and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management and stakeholder communication strategies

  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques ensuring project goals are met and adjusting plans as necessary

  • Track and report on project progress, status updates, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), business, computer science or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and project management

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications

  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to support business analysis and decision-making

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Experience working on projects involving software development, systems integration, or process automation

  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
