Job Description

You will help and assist with new business pitches. We are looking for someone who loves to make workflows/process simpler and more efficient. This role will be a necessary part of the Global Business Development team supporting great work to have an impact on the growth of Publicis.

  • Assist in the qualification of pitch opportunities by completing company due diligence templates and conflict mapping.

  • Report to the AD, Global Business Development

  • Support in the completion of Request for Information (RFI) documents and support on RFP responses – working with our local markets to source accurate data.

  • Conduct market and competitor research using industry sources i.e. COMvergence and RECMA

  • Project management – support the end-to-end management of pitch processes including: pitch folder setup, TEAMS channels, aligning on ways of supporting on timing/project plans, diarizing key meetings, supporting work streams, and overall pitch logistics.

  • Manage data requests from across the network

  • Source biographies/profiles for key meetings and pitches

  • Support the upkeep of our reporting tool Salesforce – updating records for new business opportunities including status updates, client rosters, and commercial information.

  • Support with tracking of pitch budgets

  • Support our pitch experiences team – preparing collateral, setting up meeting rooms, organizing IT support, tech set-up etc.

  • Work closely with the design team and pitch leads to develop pitch collateral and support in the distribution across markets.

  • Build strong relationships with our NY office building resources, including our IT/AV teams, our wider Business Development Community and local market contacts.

  • Support global Business Development and Operations with ad-hoc requests

  • Administrative tasks – room bookings, work with the team’s EA to help organize team events, etc.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of agency, project management, or event planning experience

  • Good organization and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,

  • An experienced user of Teams video conferencing

  • Role is New York City based, may require small amounts of travel to set up pitch teams at client offices

Compensation Range: $45,500 - $68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
