POSITION SUMMARY:
The Global PR & Influence Assistant will support the Global PR Influence Product Coordinator in the execution of PR strategies across Global Calvin Klein campaigns, brand experiences and business lines globally via product coordination.
Key within this role is to support PR/Influence Product Coordinator in the development of external consumer fashion communications programs that drive energy and demand for key Calvin Klein products and brand moments in line with brand and business line plans. The position will support in tracking priority product for each season in collaboration with Marketing and Merch, and work with PR leads to execute product for a variety of initiatives including coordination of all PR samples for editorial shoots, as well as support product orders and coordination of all PR Global seeding initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support for Product Coordinator to coordinate global communications strategies, programming, and activations that drive demand and energy aligned to brand goals and business objectives via product coordination
Helps support Coordinator in the organization and coordination of product within PR, maintaining the product marketing calendar for the team, maintaining seasonal lookbooks, working with supply and merch ops to place orders for samples and bulk seeding, handles all shipping of product
Helps handle the samples closet, keeping closet organized and all samples tracked in Launchmetrics
Helps in execution of all flat lay shoots for PR use, helping transport and organize samples
Helps support Global PR seeding initiatives - handling shipment of product for initiatives, packing unpacking as needed, and working with mail room to ship and organize tracking
Support with invoicing as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience :
- 1 year of shown experience in sample trafficking, fashion related roles
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Skills:
A strong aesthetic sensibility and exposure to/understanding of fashion
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
Great teammate!
Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and aptitude for immediately developing a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects.
Detail oriented
Must be motivated, flexible, poised, and adaptable in rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:$50,000 - $65,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
