Description
SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support as assigned. Is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Department and the Organization. This is a part-time position working two and a half days a week in Human Resources Recruitment Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates the ability to perform clerical/technical/service and administrative tasks.
Provides accurate and efficient administrative support including but not limited to telephone coverage at front reception, screening and routing calls, taking messages, handling routine request for information, as well as work processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying, faxing and receiving and directing visitors.
Responsible for coordination of all invoices and set up for payment.
Organize and maintain files, assist the department with correspondence, reports, meetings, and update appointment schedules as needed .Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrates good judgement, discretion and ability to problem solve in he execution of the duties of the job while supporting the Supervisor's priorities.
Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Follows up consistently on assigned long-term projects.
Assist with the coordination of Career and Job Fairs
Maintains confidentiality in the management of information.
Uses initiative and good judgement to coordinate and implement special projects
Demonstrates a professional courteous, and respective attitude in dealing with clients.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Bachelors preferred.
Proficiency in software not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to successfully multitask while demonstrating patience along with strong organization and time management skills .
