A rapidly growing Marketing agency is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing NYC team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn alongside a group of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Preparing financial statements and forecasting reports

• Supervising daily accounting operational functions

• Leading implementation of financial systems

• Assisting with cash flow forecasting and budgeting

• Overseeing quarterly and year-end closings

• Regularly providing updates to Controller

• Assisting with tax compliance and tax filing preparation

• Handling ad hoc duties as needed

  Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 4 years of experience, preferably a CPA. Must have detailed understanding of GAAP. Candidate should also possess advanced knowledge of Excel. This position will go to a hands-on leader, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
