The Mobile Advertising & Creative Serving/Optimization team (within Amazon Ads) offers balanced mix of a customer/product driven development and a back-end high scale/throughput engineering driven development environment. We are working on launching new and exciting mobile advertising products via Amazon DSP as well as evolving its current ad serving function with AI and model based optimizations. If you enjoy a fast paced (Day 1) customer/product driven development environment and are eager to directly impact end customers and the Amazon Ads business revenue we are a perfect match.

We are looking for a self-driven Senior Techinical Program Manager with excellent system design and communication skills as well as experience managing large cross-functional programs, priorities and release schedule. If you are excited about developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps working directly with engineering teams, we've got the role for you.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
