ActionLink is seeking a driven individual to join our growing sales team and make quality connections inside a local Best Buy. This dedicated specialist will showcase and demonstrate the latest innovations in premium home cinema entertainment by representing our Fortune 100 global client, Sony, and their market-leading line of televisions, sound bars, and home theater accessories.

As a Sony Home Theater Sales Advisor, you will serve as an in-store consultative expert and play a key role in promoting the Sony brand by understanding the needs of customers, answering their questions, comparing against competitors, and offering personalized advice for purchases. Your energy, knowledge, and passion will help customers make informed choices, ensuring they leave with the perfect Sony product to enrich their lives.

Schedule & Location

  • Part Time - 20 hours per week

  • Fridays 3pm - 8pm; Saturday & Sunday 11am - 7pm

  • Best Buy located at 52 E 14th St, New York, NY 10003

What We Offer

Duties

  • Share enthusiasm about the Sony brand with store associates and customers

  • Provide exciting customer interactions through effective engagement strategies, product demos, and expert recommendations on home theater products and accessories

  • Proactively overcome customer objections to close sales and achieve weekly sales goals

  • Educate and train store personnel to communicate Sony information with confidence

  • Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience

  • High energy with strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Access to reliable transportation to commute to local Best Buy store

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

  • Available to work Fridays through Sundays

  • Access to a smart device for reporting
