Google Software Engineer, Pixel Test Engineering in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, etc.)

  • Experience with data structures and algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Test Engineering and Teat Automation.

  • Robotics experiences (e.g., software, firmware, hardware, mechanical).

  • Experience in Sensor and Touch hardware and software.

  • Experience with data processing, analysis, and visualization.

  • Deliver highest quality Pixel products, increase product quality through functional, regression, and performance testing.

  • Develop and maintain scalable and reliable integration and end-to-end automated tests and frameworks for testing consumer devices.

  • Increase test engineering velocity by designing and landing technical solutions, research, and evaluate new testing tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

  • Support robotics development to automate new and improve existing testing, build internal tools, and dashboards to facilitate test efforts and provide insightful reporting.

  • Utilize the latest AI technologies to improve test coverage, effectiveness, productivity, and reporting.
