• 5 years of experience in US carrier certification.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently as this role requires interactions in both languages with local and global stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop detailed project plans.

• Be able to program manage for US Carrier Field Certification. Provide regular updates to multiple stakeholders.

• Manage and plan budget, and develop sample strategies, allocation, preparation, and delivery plans.

• Work with the Carrier Technical Account Manager/Program Manager to discuss global carriers on test scope and certification requirements, and define testing/certification timelines.

• Plan and schedule project deliverables, prioritizing testing tasks, and collaborating closely with internal cross-functions. Manage communication of issues within the team and cross-functions and escalate issues as necessary.

• Secure testing to start on schedule, drive and monitor testing/certification progress. Drive the internal and external vendors test execution, and be on time/ahead of time report/certification delivery for Global Carrier Certification requirements.
