Description and Requirements
Position Overview
The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions and initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience in HR processes and projects, providing a solid foundation for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
AP Site HR Support: Assist with daily HR operations and address immediate HR needs.Facilitate effective collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and various departments.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.
Strategic AP HR Projects: Provide insights and support for HR-related projects and initiatives.Collect and analyze data to drive strategic HR decisions.
HR Technology and Innovation: Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies.Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
AP HR Site Initiatives: Participate in HR projects that address organizational needs and challenges.Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends.
AP Diversity and Inclusion: Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.Help design and implement programs to raise awareness and promote inclusivity.
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to get onboard at the soonest
