Description

Isometric Micro Molding has an opening for a Facilities & Maintenance Superviso r in our New Richmond, Wisconsin Facility. Join a team that was voted 2022 Large Business of the Year in St. Croix County and New Richmond, Wisconsin. Full Time, Day Shift Monday-Friday.

Summary:

The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Isometric facilities, grounds, and equipment. Will supervise one Maintenance Technician and supports Isometric 13485 continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct supervision to the facilities and maintenance team

  2. Responsible for proper equipment operation and maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency

  3. Ensure infrastructure is adequate and maintained at all times

  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions

  5. Responsible for ensuring cleanroom facilities, cleanroom mechanical systems, and other environmental equipment are in state of proper operation and maintenance

  6. Oversee outside services for facility cleaning, including the cleanrooms, for effectiveness and schedule

  7. Recommend equipment as required to maintain and meet requirements of the organization

  8. Adhere to Change Control and ECO process at all times

  9. Work with purchasing as required to procure equipment, components, and services

  10. Establish preventive maintenance procedures for equipment and ensure timely execution and robust record keeping in accordance with the QMS

  11. Ensure adherence to all OSHA and Isometric safety regulations, guidelines, and enforce these requirements company-wide

  12. Plan and coordinate all installations and servicing from outside contractors

  13. Oversee the installation and set-up of equipment

  14. Manage the construction process for new additions and facilities including project schedule and budget as needed

  15. Participate in continuous improvement activities and initiatives

  16. Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Technical degree with the following directly related experience:

  • Five (5) years applied facilities/maintenance management

  • Three (3) years supervisory/leadership

  • Five (5) years medical device manufacturing

  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls, and facilities management

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Broad knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

  • Experience using ERP systems for maintenance transactions and recordkeeping
