What the mahi will look like

This is a role for a self-starter to join us and grow into an account executive. You will be the go-to for policy and client enquiries and provide exceptional support across admin and documentation needs. Whilst you will be picking up an established client base, you will also need to be proactive self-starter comfortable with generating new business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and looking after any enquiries they might have

  • Managing client servicing requirements

  • Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters

  • Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, otherwise experience coming from a customer or solution driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role would be well suited.

    A few key areas we are looking for:

  • A customer first mentality along with being a proactive problem solver

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work

  • This role requires a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification (if you don’t have this, we are happy to support someone on their journey)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle Prioritise multiple responsibilities

  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
