Landscape Crew Member, Bloom Fine Gardening, 25 N. Ohioville Road, New Paltz, NY. Bloom Fine Gardening is looking for a talented and energetic individual with a love for the outdoors and installing high end landscapes. We are looking to add natural problem solvers and specialized workers to our growing company. One to two years experience is required and we are willing to further train individuals with the right attitude and desire to work.

Job Requirements: Must be willing to learn. Valid drivers license. Must be able to work in a team setting. Must be punctual and efficient. Must be able to work outside in various conditions. Must be able to work extended hours. Interest in plant material. 1 year experience in the trades. Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities: Be prepared daily with proper clothing for all weather. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Find the answer and solution to problems or questions if unknown by asking your team leader. Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner. Love of the outdoors, gardens, trees, and plants. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. High level of demonstrable organization and interpersonal skills. Construction, or other relevant related experience required.

This is a full-time, seasonal position (March-December). Bloom offers a highly professional and committed work environment that includes competitive pay and benefit option.

Benefits: Salary ranges from $16/hr. to $20/hr. based on experience. Paid on a weekly basis, paid lunch, shuttle to and from job sites, direct deposit, eligible for 401K after 1 year of employment with company match.
