Duties: The State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz invites applications for the positions of CRM Support Specialist in the Division of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & CRM Technology, the CRM Support Specialist will coordinate with Information Technology Services to create report queries, Slate applications, and track reports for Admissions initiatives. This includes but is not limited to undergraduate and graduate admissions, accelerated programs and microcredentials. The CRM Support Specialist will collaborate with the Communication Manager for Admissions to measure marketing effectiveness and the Executive Director of Admissions and Director of Graduate Admissions on the success of recruitment efforts within regions and programs. Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Improve admissions funnel reporting for undergraduate, graduate and accelerated programs• Improve undergraduate and graduate admissions recruitment reporting• Create and update graduate admissions events and communications, as requested• Create queries and heat maps to share with academic departments and other stakeholders• Create and update Slate forms as needed• Set up communications campaigns developed by Content Manager• Present findings and trends as requested by supervisor• Troubleshoot Slate issues that impact daily workflow for departments using Slate• General Slate Maintenance – includes but not limited to:– Verify each term that any new Majors/Concs are accounted for in Slate– Verify each term that existing Majors/Concs are still valid– Work with Graduate Office to maintain workflow users– File Imports: Each year data from our vendors needs to be updated to include new value

Qualifications: Required:• Bachelor’s degree• Two years or more in higher education or related experience• Experience with customer relations management system or similar system• Strong planning, organizational and collaborative skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, and to be independently motivated

Preferred:• Master’s degree and three or more years of experience in higher education• Experience with data collection, reporting, analysis• Experience with Slate CRM• Experience with enrollment marketing• Ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently
