Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Dynamics365 Analyst to join their IT organization to own and support the Dynamics365 environment. This person will act as the liaison as well with the Microsoft support partner that is assisting with a migration of the platform from current environment to their new environment. The primary function of this position is to own, administer, support and manage the Dynamics365 environment for this organization. Some of these function include but are not limited to: troubleshooting and support, implementation, user trainings, etc. This role will work closely with the current team and hiring manager for knowledge transfer. Long term, the goal is to build a team under or around this new hire at least 3 total members to support Dynamics, splitting responsibility of supporting business functionality, integration, PM, plus a manager (1 year out).

Skills and Requirements

- Dynamics 365

o Ability to field random error messages and act as go-to support person with this, how software is architected

o Strong understanding of architecture

o Experience with integrations

o Experience with Finance AND supply chain modules

o Experience with Catch Weight Functionality (this function is crucial to their Business) - Relevant degree

- Manufacturing/Food Industry null
