Summary

The Sponsorship Solutions Manager applies intermediate industry knowledge to communicate and harmonize Freeman client's sponsorship production requirements between sales and graphic production; improving efficiencies, controlling costs and providing a seamless flow of information. Works with clients, the account team, graphic production, and delivery prior to, during, and after the event to ensure successful fulfilment of all sponsorship.

This position will support our Graphic Account Management group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Dallas, TX

  • San Antonio, TX

  • Alexandria, VA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert for internal and external team members.

  • Create custom Envision sites.

  • Provide budgetary support during RFP process and manage budget tracking during event planning and preparation.

  • Attend site visits and client meetings.

  • Provide consultation on sponsorship opportunities with a strategic approach.

  • Provide graphic technical expertise for the production of sponsorship graphics.

  • Establishe deadlines for optimum production lead time.

  • Manage fulfillment of sponsorship for standard and custom elements from activations to graphics to include turnkeys.

  • Write and manage sponsorship graphic, furniture and labor orders utilizing internal systems.

  • Maintain sponsorship opportunity tracker and provide projections to delivery and graphics.

  • Supervise onsite execution of sponsorship.

  • Complete post show invoicing to ensure pricing is accurate to SOW.

Education & Experience

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

  • Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Minimum of 3-5 years live event industry experience

  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications

PREFFERED:

  • Understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production

  • Understanding of graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specific applications

  • At least two years of face-to-face client interaction

  • At least 3 years of project management experience

Travel Requirements

Travel 25% to 50%
